Solid-State Research is a small business started in 2002 by Demetrios Papageorgiou, Ph.D. specializing in sensors and sensing systems. A majority of our efforts involve devices whose overall dimensions are under 2mm on any given side (BioMEMS, MEMS, and NEMS devices/systems); however, we also work with larger macrosystems.
